The Island Inn My first reaction when walking in was how unbelievably busy it was. Their menu caters for all tastes but for the purpose of this review I’m concentrating on their conventional Indian offering as it is run and staffed by predominantly Sikh’s. Our six group members shared a giant indoor BBQ’d platter as a starter, and all had different choices for their main course. We all agreed in our scoring that this establishment was in the top of all restaurants visited in this category. We would very much recommend that you pay it a visit and don’t forget to order a take home whilst you are there… Ambience / Decor 8/10Service 9/10Food 10/10*Price 10/10*Covers: Approx 150 Bar menu: Superb choice of beers and spirits Negatives: Because this is such a well frequented establishment parking can be difficult When West Bromwich Albion play at home there can be in excess of 200 people in there so waiting times if you can get a table will be significant.
